Shipping:  All our products are made and will ship within 1 to 3 days of ordering the only exception would be on weekends and holidays when the postal service is closed. We offer a discounted USPS flat rate cost.  Need it fast we also offer Priority mail (not discounted). A Tracking Number & Estimated Delivery Date will be provided for all shipments when applicable upon order shipment.  At this time I only ship to the US.

Handmade Disclaimer:  Please keep in mind that each of our products is handmade and each one could be slightly different from the others! There may be variations in beads and charms due to supply chain availability. Any accessories or props shown in the pictures, other than the product itself, are not included with the purchase. Damage / Loss:  Starfish by Kristan is not responsible for damage, late, or loss packages during shipment.  Once your order is turned over to the shipping carrier, it is now their responsibility.  

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays in shipping.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:

Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations at this time.

Returns: I will gladly accept returns up to 7 days after the purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return costs, and the item must be returned in the condition it was received within: 30 days of delivery . There will not be any returns for customized items.
